Comport and other control parameters are set from the maintenance screens. Click on the "Maintenance" button on the main screen and choose "config" from the pull down list. The configuration table will open up and you can make changes to any of the items listed in the table. To control RTS and DTR set the "CONTROL" value in the config table to one of the values below.

The call sign data is included in an optional program call eCallBook. Contact W1SQL software for information about how to get the call book database.
Although the program is capable of 20 channels, some computers will run best with 10 or less so sometimes you will run out of data streams. If this happens you can drag one of the used channels to onto the new signal.
Several database formats were tested in the development of the application. We decided to use a XBASE file format. The reason we picked XBASE is that it is supported by many other database programs and can be import directly into them. We have plans to add our own export/ import functions in the future.

To reduce the number of channels and free up some systems resources change the number of max channels in the config table and restart the program. This program has been tested with 10 channels on a P90 and 32 meg of RAM with no problems.

The program needs to be installed in the directory "C:\program files\w1sql\totallog\data" Installation in Windows using other than English for the default language may find that the program installed to a different location and error 5004 appears when trying to start. To solve this problem please create the directory structure stated above and copy all the files that the program installed to the appropriate directories in the new structure. Many thanks to DJ1J, DL3MC and DL1AAH for bringing this to my attention. This will be addressed in the next release. Starting with version 3.1 the install directory can be in any location. If you are upgrading and wish to move your current data contact us at W1SQL Software for instructions. if you are installing a new copy, you can choose the install path during setup.
El programa de Instalación en su versión original (Ingles) busca la ruta c:\program files\w1sql\totallog\data, y de hecho la instalación copia todos sus archivos en esa ruta, en los ordenadores con versión en Castellano para que nos funcione el programa deberemos de copiar todos los archivos que se encuentran en la ruta anteriormente expecificada a la carpeta c:\archivos de programa. Resumiendo, debemos de copiar la carpeta w1sql (que contiene todos los ficheros y directorios de la instalación del programa W1SQLPSK)
que se encuentra en la ruta c:\program files\w1sql\totallog\data a la carpeta c:\archivos de programa.Ignorar los mensajes de error que nos dé durante la Instalación y a disfrutar de un excelente programa para PSK. que como nota más característica nos permite decodificar más de 20 señales a la vez de PSK.
